Please note that we list the names of all documents being translated on one certificate. If you require separate certificates for each document, please purchase them individually.

**What is a Certificate of Translation:
A Certificate of Translation is an official statement where a translator or a translation company asserts that they have accurately translated the document into the target language.
The Certificate of Translation includes the address, telephone number, and other contact details of the translation company on a letterhead, and it is signed, stamped, and/or sealed. Some organizations or institutions may not accept self-translated documents, requiring them to be translated by a third party.
We strongly recommend that you check the translation requirements of the organization to which you're submitting your documents before ordering a translation. If self-translated documents are permissible, you may still choose to submit documents translated by a third-party translator for validation purposes.
For those not using our translation services: Please be advised that we are unable to issue Certificates of Translation for texts that have been translated by yourself or another company.

■■翻訳証明書とは、何か？
翻訳証明書とは、公文書の翻訳文が原文書類と比べて忠実に翻訳されているかを保証する書類です。主に公的機関に翻訳した書類を提出する場合に必要です。ビザの申請や貿易関連の書類などでも必要な場合があります。
基本的に、外国に提出する場合の翻訳には翻訳証明書がないとほぼ意味がないとされるほど、翻訳証明書は重要です。海外には翻訳に関する認定制度がある国が多くありますが、そのような国家資格のない日本においては、翻訳会社が作成する翻訳証明書を添えるということで対応すればよいと考えられています。
書類提出先機関によっては、指定された資格をもつ翻訳者に依頼しなければならないといった場合もありますので提出先機関にあらかじめ必要項目を確認することをお勧めいたします。

大変恐れ入りますが、翻訳証明書の発行は、弊社にて翻訳サービスをご利用になられたお客様の翻訳文にのみご提供しております。ご自身や他社様による翻訳文については、弊社にて証明書の発行を行うことはできませんのでご了承ください。
